Salalah in Oman






Salalah is the capital city of southern Oman Dhofar province, Oman Tours.It is situated at elevation 13 meters above sea level. It is a unique place in the Arabian Peninsula. It is a coastal city, lying on the Indian Ocean. Salalah is quite a small city in tourist terms. its is the second largest City in the Sultanate of oman . It's known for its banana plantations, Arabian Sea beaches and waters teeming with sea life. most places of interest are close to each other . The autumn , an annual monsoon, transforms the desert terrain into a lush, green landscape and creates seasonal waterfalls.  it has lovely beaches, which are sunny from September to June every year. Salalah is located on the Southern part of Oman, around 1000 kms away from Muscat. Oman Air flies from Muscat to Salalah at least three times a day. The flight takes roughly 90 minutes.
